Entering the villa, you walk into the dining & living areas. The living area has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and access to the outdoor patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area has seating for six with easy access to the kitchen. The galley-style kitchen has ample counter space and is well-appointed with everything one could need for a family meal or making a picnic for your day at the beach!
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk (twin on top/double on bottom) and a twin bed.
This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the Island House HOA.
The Island House complex has unassigned parking, a pool with lounge chairs, a pool house and a picnic area! The complex pool is located just around the back of the building with a grilling area.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great place
We have an old dog that we did not want to board. The pet-friendly location was much appreciated. The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Beach access is a 1o minute walk and Coligny Plaza (via Nassau Street) has everything a beach fanatic could desire. BTW the dog loved his first time at the beach!!- Anonymous U , Posted: 06/13/2022
Great location. Easy check in. Good communication. Place was clean and quiet. Little patio out back was great for hanging out. 10 min walk to Coligny and the public beach. Great stay thanks again.

This condo was very well appointed, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating meals at home. The location had great access to the nearby park and was a short walk to the beach or Coligny.

Anniversary Getaway
This home was so cosy and the perfect getaway for our anniversary and taking our little dog on vacation for the first time. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and super clean and ready for our arrival. We ended up sleeping in the two twin beds which were the most comfortable beds I slept in outside of my own home. Instantly fell asleep and had no trouble sleeping at all. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials like plates, silverware and cookware and made it easy for us to be able to cook from the house then having to go out every night. The house is also a short walk from the beach as well as a short drive to the public parking for the beach as well. I would recommend this home to other looking to go to Hilton Head and will definitely stay there again in the future.- Anonymous U , Posted: 11/17/2021
