The living area features a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and a wet bar with a wine fridge.
The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Past the dining area, you'll find the the spacious kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and plenty of cabinet space.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This room also has access to the private covered deck area overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Evian is one of the most scenic settings in Shipyard HHI and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
Shipyard Hilton Head is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 1 dog; 35 pounds.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

We like location, a lot space inside and everything was very nice.

Beautiful location - step out the back door and you're at the tennis courts and near the bridge over the lagoon. Easy bike to beach on paths. We have been going to HHI for 30 years and always stay in Evian. They converted a court to 2 pickleball courts too! Updated bathrooms and well-stocked kitchen. Stained carpets should be replaced in the bedrooms. Games in the cabinet were wonderful to have for rainy days. Rent bikes for delivery so you can ride everywhere. Putt putt nearby. Good restaurants too. Enjoyable stay!

This was the most relaxing weekend getaway. We fell in love with Shipyard! I would not change a thing. It was perfect.
