The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower. This room also has a large walk-in closet which houses the laundry center.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds and has access to a renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
*Please note: this property does not have pool access for 2024 as the South Beach Marina Pool is under construction.*
Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.
Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Bluff Villas 1681
This was a super easy reservation. Arriving to get the parking pass and the access code to the unit were easy as well. Text updates and check ins with us were nice too. The unit itself was very nice with great access to the beach and shops. The gear rental perks were greatly appreciated as we got bikes and rode all over Sea Pines

5/5 Wonderful stay We had an exceptional time at this condo with my family. Very clean, quiet, very close to the sound and to Salty Dog. The online photos do it justice, it doesn’t have all the upgrades but we never lacked for anything and were very comfortable. We rented bikes, which were delivered straight to us, enjoyed all the wildlife and the quiet sound. We got to the area early, I called and immediately spoke to someone about checking in early, which they granted. Exceptional communication via text and email with arrival instructions and things to do. We would definitely come back! Thank you for a great family vacation.
