The room is centered with a large 55” smart TV. The upper level is complete with a lovely outside deck with a high-top patio set for 6 plus a couple of lounge chairs to catch the Hilton Head rays and fresh ocean air.
We call the lower level our ‘Teen Cave’ but it’s just a great place to chill. There are 2 extra bedrooms and a shared bath to augment your accommodations. The area is a great place to catch ‘the game’ on the 55” TV while the kids watch cartoons in one of the other rooms, or enjoy a little ping pong in the screened-in porch. There is a large game table for the family to enjoy their favorite board game or just playing cards.
In the evening, the fire pit is a great gathering place for the family.
The Mid-Island Folly Field area of Hilton Head, located between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, offers close proximity to uncrowded Atlantic Ocean beaches, restaurants, shopping, family entertainment centers and Hilton Head Island’s top activities and attractions. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Fantastic place to stay with a large family. We had 7 people with more than enough room to have space for everyone. The multiple AC units allowed everyone to set their own temp in each room. The house had everything needed to get started. No need to stop at store. The house is about 5 min to the beach. We would come back multiple times throughout the day because it was so close. Everything in the house is newly remodeled and very clean. We had an issue with trash pickup but the host was quick to respond. Highly recommend. We had a great time. You have a wonderful place to stay. Thank you.
