48 Hour Worry-Free Guarantee & Flexible Cancellation Policy

Our flexible cancellation policy allows bookings to be cancelled within 48 hours without penalty. After the 48 hour window, cancellations made more than 90 days for oceanfront properties, 60 days for homes, 30 days for villas prior to scheduled arrival are eligible for a full refund of rent/deposits made minus administrative fees. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
